Cement, paper mills and, in particular, steel works are subject to high ambient temperatures, extremely dust and vibrations.
But, conventional cooling units and equipments are not suitable for high temperature, extremely dusty and vibrants ambients.
HSVK series KERIM® trademarked crane air conditioner devices, with package or split options, are specially developed to work in high temperature, extremely dusty and vibrants ambients. They are used in the crane electric cabinets and cabs in order to provide the operators and electrıc-electronic control panels work without any problems related to being exposed to high temperature and extreme dust.
HSVK series KERIM® trademarked crane cab and electric panel room coolers are produced as capable to work in outer ambients of from + 40 °C up to + 90 °C temperature at desirable capacity.
Our crane A/C units are produced in two positions, vertical and horizontal, and with two options, package and split.

Compact Type Crane Cab Cooler

Compact type crane cabin air conditioners are suitable for the beam boxes and the crane cabins with low cooling capacity crane cabins. Ordinary panel air conditioners can operate at up to +50°C ambient temperature. Compact type air conditioners are suitable to operate at +80°C ambient temperature (HSVK - 155 / C and HSVK - 228 / C model +90°C ambient temperature) at places where there is high temperature, excess dust and vibration. The compact is improved to be used in the places where there is small usage area. All the equipment has been placed in the unit and tested in the factory. The appliance is ready for use after simple electricity and air channel connections.

Package Type Crane Cab Cooler

Our Package type crane cabin air conditioners are more suitable for the panel rooms and crane operator cabins where there is a need for higher cooling capacity. They are suitable to operate at up to +90°C ambient temperature, at places where there is high temperature, excess dust and vibration. The paramount advantage of this series is the convenience of providing maintenance and service. As in the compact type crane cabin air conditioners, all the equipment has been placed in the unit and tested in the factory. The appliance is ready for use after simple electricity and air channel connections.

Split Type Crane Cab Cooler

The Split type crane cabin air conditioners are ideal for the electricity panel rooms and crane operator cabins where there are not enough installment platforms and where the air channel is not required although high cooling capacity is needed. They are suitable to operate at up to +90°C ambient temperature at places where there is high temperature, excess dust and vibration. The appliance is ready for use after the evaporator unit is fixed on the wall and the ceiling in the cabin and the compressor- condenser unit is installed on the crane platform and after the necessary pipes and electricity connections are completed.
