According to the ambient conditions and desirable capacity, following all the tests during production process in our 30 years experienced, fit with CE European criteria and ISO 9001:2000 certificated factory, our air conditioners are delivered after they are run under heavy factory conditions and their performance and durability are tested in our performance (test) unit within our R&D department.
No approval is given for any product delivery without the completion of all the necessary control procedures by the KERIM SOGUTMA laboratories pursuant to the standards on chemical and physical matters. First, the results of all the inspection, test and measurement procedures appertaining to our products are evaluated on the basis of compliance with the required product standards and customer satisfaction and then the delivery approval is given.
All the inspection, test and measurement devices used in our laboratory have calibration certificates and the calibration procedures are carried out periodically by independent calibration laboratories having national and international accreditation.
